Welcome!!  We're happy you're here!  The Dance House (formerly known as House of Jack) is an Edinburgh dance studio focussing on street and performance dance styles, providing classes for kids and adults of all levels, as well as youth dance company training, performances, shows and events.

 

Based in Leith (inside Ocean Terminal centre), we're a non-profit organisation with the main aim of making dance, and its many physical, social and mental health benefits, as accessible as possible to all. Whatever your age, experience, and ability level, we have something for you at the Dance House!​

The growing Dance House family of dancers create classes, videography and performances spanning the street, funk, club and performance dance styles including Hip Hop, House, Breaking, Musical Theatre, Commercial, Heels, Popping, Locking, Waacking, K-Pop and more.

STUDIO MOVE: We have now completed our studio relocation within Ocean Terminal centre, due to the centre's development works!  Join us at our brand new studio in between Starbucks and HMV, still on Level 1 of the centre.  ​We have also recently completed our rebranding to The Dance House CIC, with all classes, trainings and events continuing as usual!
